The brief: Mack’s number one-product, Arctic Beer, was changed from being a standalone product, to a series including Light and Ice versions. The client wanted a modern and young look with similarities from the predecessor – while at the same time being something new and fresh.
The solution extends and simplifies the elements that were the mainstay of the identity, but with more emphasis on the brand name and the cold freshness. The arctic purity, the clear and fresh water it is made of, and the brewery being the worlds northernmost, is the very base of the concept.







The brief: Create a packaging design for Macks first alcoholic cider product. Cider is itself relatively unestablieshed product in Norway. Mack want to take a position as a leader in this market. Solution: The cider is made from pure, natural ingredients and the design is clean, fresh and modern. The quality of the content gets to play a key role with the transparency of the label. Colour coded top distinguish different flavors, along with the colour of the content. In addition, the back label is printed with the same colour code on the inside. 




The brief: The customer wanted a packaging for a series of traditional beers of high quality. The packaging was supposed to reflect the history, culture and pride that is behind the brewing process. Solution: Mack Spesial is a recognizeable series that differs from the typical supermarket beer. The design has, as the beer itself, a touch of history and distinction that appeals to serious consumers, beerconnoseurs. The partly transparent label gives space and attention to the colour and quality of the content.
