Tina (b. 71) is a senior designer with a wide range of agency experience from both Oslo and Vienna. At Tank Tina works within all disciplines, but specialises in packaging and identity design.
Tina received her formal education from Kunsthøyskolen i Oslo and HSAK in Wien. An authorised member of Grafill, she has completed the course which gives the right to the professional title AMG.
Tina has won gold in Visuelt (2001) and The Year’s Most Beautiful Books (2009). She has been a member of several juries, including Gullblyantspisseren.

Ina (b. 66) has been a senior graphic designer and partner at Tank since its foundation in 1999. Ina has more than 15 years’ experience in the design industry, from both Italy and Norway, and works within all areas of graphic design. Through the years she has developed particular knowledge within identity development, editorial and exhibition design. Ina is also a central player in all of Tank’s art and culture projects.
As Tank’s creative director has Ina the overall responsibility for the company’s creative development. This includes managing the creative process in all assignments of a certain size, and making sure the designers at Tank always do their best.
Ina’s formal education includes studying illustration at a public school in Florenze and four years studying graphic design at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome. An authorised member of Grafill, she has completed the course which gives the right to the professional title AMG.
Ina has won several awards in both Visuelt and Merket for God Design for her film posters, annual reports, election campaign materials and visual identities. She has also sat on the juries for both Visuelt and Merket for God Design. Additionally she works as an external examiner at Kunsthøyskolen i Oslo at the faculty for visual art.

Øystein (b. 69) has been a senior graphic designer and partner at Tank since its foundation in 1999. Øystein is a hard-working all-rounder with extensive experience in managing and coordinating the implementation of various projects. He prefers to work with editorial design, and is particularly skilled in the development and design of comprehensive and complex reports and publications. Øystein is also the agency’s managing director and handles this part of the business.
Professionally, Øystein has a background in politics and journalism. Amongst other things, Øystein has had the responsibility of being General Secretary at Unge Venstre from 1992 to 1994.

Bård (b. 72) is a senior designer with many years of industry experience from both design agencies and as a freelancer. He works with everything within the design spectrum. At Tank Bård works mostly with print, particularly with brand and identity development, and editorial design. Good keywords for Bård are creative, accurate and solution-oriented.

Monica (b. 69) is in charge of business development, strategy and marketing at Tank. She also works as a consultant and project manager, with responsibility for planning and managing the company’s workload. She also leads negotiations and manages the budget for Tank’s larger projects. Monica and the three partners make up Tank’s managment team.
Monica has a law degree from Universitetet i Oslo, and has studied marketing communication at BI Norges Markedshøyskole i Oslo. Monica started her career as a legal senior before becoming the editor at Aschehoug (publishers). Anette (b. 73) has many years of industry experience, both as a web designer and a graphic designer. In recent years she has concentrated more on print design and now works mostly on editorial design. Anette is a good all-rounder – a creative and effective senior designer with a good eye.
Anette has a three-year college education from the School For Graphic Design (now Westerdals) and a grounding in marketing communication from NMH (now the Norwegian School of Management). She is an authorised member of Grafill and has completed the course which gives the right to the professional title AMG.

James (b. 78) is a designer with solid web competence from Edinburgh, through his work for notably The Bank of Scotland Corporate and the Scottish Government. James emigrated to Norway in autumn 2008 and started working at Tank at the same time. At Tank he mainly works with web design, but works with other design disciplines as well. James is also a competent illustrator.
James has an BA (Hons) Degree in Visual Communication with specialisation in Graphic Design from Edinburgh College of Art, and a Diploma in Foundation Studies from Leeds College of Art and Design. He also has a Batchelor degree in Geography! An authorised member of Grafill, he has completed the course which gives the right to the professional title AMG.
James was awarded the Scottish Advertising Newcomer of the Year in 2003.

Helge (b. 66) is a senior consultant, graphic designer and partner. He has worked with strategic design for more than 15 years within the fields of branding and packaging. Helge has experience from Christensen|Lund, primarily in packaging and concept development, and from Scandinavian Design Group where he worked with identity and packaging. At Tank he works mainly with strategic consulting and visual identity, and leads large and complex design processes which require a strategic foundation.
Additionally Helge works as a consultant for “Leser søker bok” (Reader seeks book) as an advisor on typograpy, readability and overall design. He also works for Abelias as a consultant for creative businesses.
Helge received his design education from Skolen for Grafisk Design (now Westerdahls), and through course-studies at NHH (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration). He had a previous career as a photographer at Universitetet i Bergen.
Helge has won gold both in the Visuelt competition and in Merket for God Design. He has also been the head of the Visuelt competition jury and a jury member in both the Gullblyantspisseren and Gullblyanten competitions.

Linda (b. 76) is a senior designer at Tank and is a skilled and creative all-rounder who works across the majority of design disciplines; namely visual identity, editorial design, exhibition design and also with various artistic and cultural concepts.
Linda received her design education in San Francisco: a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Graphic Design at the Academy of Art College, San Francisco. She also studied Graphic Design at the Merkantilt Institutt (MI) in Oslo. An authorised member of Grafill, she has completed the course which gives the right to the professional title AMG.
Linda has been nominated in the Visuelt competition three times. In 2009 for the building wrap at Blitz, and packaging and promotional materials for the film “Nord“, and in 2008 for the identity and PR material for the film “The Man who loved Yngve“. She was a jury member for the Gullblyanten awards in 2009.

Suzanne (b. 82) is one of Tank’s designers. She works principally with editorial design and identity development. Her work is creative, inventive and accurate with a great attention to detail.
Suzanne has a bachelor (Honours) in Graphic Design from the University College Falmouth (Falmouth College of Arts) in England, and also studied Graphic Design at Idéfagskolen in Tønsberg.
