Tank Design

Tank was asked to develop the IT Fornebu identity in line with new plans to expand the company. We retained the logotype (designed by Halvor Bodin), introduced a new colour palette and new typography, and delivered new brand guidelines. We also designed supporting illustrations, based on details from the well-known Kai Fjell paintings in the old departures lounge at Fornebu. Motives such as Hugin and Munin (ravens owned by the Norse god Odin), small buildings and boat-like vessels were reconstructed and modernised to work alongside the other elements in the new brand identity.
