Tank goes Blitz

Why are building site wraps always so ugly, covered in huge logos and advertising for the construction company involved? Entra asked themselves the same question when renovating Blitz in Oslo: they set tank the challenge to create a wrap rich in artistic meaning, which would also hint towards the building’s future use. We took the challenge and designed a wrap that used symbolism from the building’s previous tenants: Blitz, the Church’s City Mission and Edvard Munch, who lived in the building in previous times. «This is by far the largest building wrap we have ever created, a whole 800 square metres!», says designer Linda Skarpås.blitz_2blitz_3blitz_4blitz_5

New smrprty

The new Smrprty-beer is now being rolled out to the stores.

Smrprty has so far been unchanged since the first release in 2004. At that time it got lots of attention and appeared in several design books and magazines. In addition it received the highest Norwegian design award: Merke For God Design. The jury said: “(…) one of the most creative solutions ever used in the Norwegian brewery trade”. Smrprty has been an echonomical success since the first year.smrprty_smallsmrprty_lite_small
