Tank Design

Helge (b. 1966) is a senior consultant, designer and partner at the Tank Oslo office. His education is mainly from the School of Graphic Design (now Westerdals), University of Bergen and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

His design career began at Christensen/Lund with a strong focus on branding and packaging design. He later went to Scandinavian Design Group, where corporate identity was his main focus.

Apart from this, Helge does consulting for “Reader seeks book”, a Norwegian organisation under the Freedom of Expression Foundation, as an advisor related to typography, readability and universal design. He has been a jury member for the Visuelt, Gullblyantspisseren and Gullblyanten competitions. Helge has received golds in the Visuelt competition and the Norwegian Award for Design Excellence.
